A performance fitness campus
The campus
Core is built around a simple idea: people who take their health seriously shouldn’t have to drive across the city to do it. Training, recovery, good food, and a place to work belong together.
Most clubs do one thing well. Core is designed to do the whole day well — the early session, the recovery that follows, the meeting over coffee, the evening on court. Every venue is purpose-built and held to the same level, so a member never trades quality for convenience.
~4,400 m² built program · 8,400 m² campus site · 7 venues + 4 courts · One standard, throughout.
A set of purpose-built venues — each held to the same level, run as one experience.
01 Performance Fitness — strength, conditioning, and functional training floors at the heart of the campus.
02 Muay Thai — a dedicated facility for Thailand’s sport, built to full standard.
03 Pilates & Yoga — studios for reformer Pilates, yoga, and mobility work.
04 Sports Massage & Recovery — a recovery suite set directly above the Pilates & Yoga studios.
05 Onsen — a thermal bathing and recovery experience — the reset after the work.
06 Café & Co-working — all-day café and lounge — the social and working core of the campus.
07 Pickleball — four dedicated courts — the fastest-growing racquet sport.
＋ Grounds & Parking — running track, planting, and 64 vehicle bays across the site.
＋ Children’s Playground — a dedicated play area — so the whole family can spend the day at Core.
＋ Locker Rooms & Changing — full changing suites with showers — arrive, train, and head straight on with your day.
A campus built for partnership.
Core gathers fitness, recovery, food, work, and sport in one place — a natural home for partners whose brands reach the same audience: performance nutrition, recovery & wellness tech, premium food & beverage, sport & apparel, healthcare, hospitality.
